With regard to recycling we collaborate closely with the company Replast. Apart from e.g. slowing thresholds and cable protectors, that company also produces floor panels for the most diverse range of purposes. The 20 types of panels are employed in exhibition halls, sport stadia, stables, industrial companies and elsewhere. The special point to note is that all Replast’s products are made from a single “waste product“, namely recycling PVC. Thus the resources are used in the best possible way and the environmental burden is reduced.

A few examples for the multifunctional usages:

Floors of all kinds

The panels create an even and slip-resistant surface. Due to the tongue-and-groove system, by means of which they are smoothly connected together, there are no thresholds and no edges.

Sensitive Sub-floors

The floor panels are ideal to protect sensitive sub-floors, such as grass, ice or certain types of hall-area floors. They prevent traces of dirt, dents or other symptoms of wear and tear. In the process they themselves leave no traces behind and can be removed again effortlessly.

Outdoor Activities

These panels are also weather-resistant and slip-resistant for all manner of outdoor sport activities. In addition they cushion the impact of falls and can thus prevent injuries.

The raised track-edges are also produced from recycled PVC. They can be used in a considerable variety of ways, to meet individual profiles of needs, e.g. in car park installations or also on racing tracks. In addition, and in contrast to permanently fixed materials, they can be dismantled at any time and built up anew elsewhere.

The floor panels can also be used in numerous ways in riding sport, not only as an insulating layer for horseboxes, but also as a slip-resistant sub-floor for cushioning impact on the riding track and paddocks.
